Horizontal Shots: minimum size 5100 x 3300 pixels @ 300 dpi
Adequately completed Model Publication Release Form.
No Logos (Both Model and Photographer are credited on each page - www.lydmp.com/m-p-credits )
Both Model and Photographer Publication Release Forms are required
