How do I become a Live Your Dream Model Productions, LLC Preferred Photographer?


Thank you for your interest in becoming a Live Your Dream Model Productions, LLC Preferred Photographer. We have an awesome team of Photographers from all over the world on our team and we look forward to your participation. Here are three simple steps to ensure you can become part of our team.

  • Read all the information below and make sure you understand the agreement and also the commitment it takes to become part of our team.

  • Start sending us submissions to our publications. We need to find out more about the talent you work with and also your response to our requests.

Once you understand who we are, who we publish, and with whom we work, you are on your way to becoming part of our team.


Selection Process
The selection process is conducted by the Editor In Chief, in consultation with the Live Your Dream Model Productions Owner/CEO.

Several elements are crucial in the selection process.
1. Quality of work
2. Professionalism and positive reputation in the industry
3. Industry knowledge
4. Number of submissions to our publications prior to becoming a part of LYDMP, LLC
5. Submissions timeliness
6. Timely submission of documentation (Model’s ID and Photographer Release Form)
7. Support and promotion of our publications by posting and making their published work known on Social Media
8. Be aware we do not pay any of our Preferred Photographers or Contributing Photographers for any submissions.
9. Be aware we do not pay any Models for any submissions.

Magazines and their publication guidelines

BIKINI INC USA MAGAZINE: Bikini wear, no nudity, and implied shots are acceptable. Either on location or in the studio.
ENCHANTED ANGELZ MAGAZINE: Fashion and lingerie, no nudity, implied shots are acceptable. Either on location or boudoir.
HOT INK MAGAZINE: Ink publication. No nudity or implied shots are acceptable. On location or studio.
INTENSE DESIRE MAGAZINE: Glamour Nude publication. Full nudity, front, and back. No vaginal shots.
ONE OF A KIND MAGAZINE: Solo Glamour Nude Publication. By invitation. Full nudity, front, and back. No vaginal shots.

Elements of the Preferred Photographer Program Agreement

The Preferred Photographer Program has been designed to give Photographers the opportunity to display their work and the models they work with.

1. Preferred Photographers get the first choice of Covers and Features publication in our four publications (BIKINI INC USA MAGAZINE, ENCHANTED ANGELZ MAGAZINE, HOT INK MAGAZINE, and INTENSE DESIRE MAGAZINE, ONE OF A KIND MAGAZINE, ALL OF ME MAGAZINE) based on content submitted.

2. They are promoted in the Preferred Photographers promo in all our publications and the LYDMP.com website.

3. When we get Photographer’s inquiries, the Models will be referred to our Preferred Photographers in their area.

4. Photographers are expected to submit a total of 12 submissions a year. If due to their work schedule submitting monthly content is not feasible, the Photographer should submit as often as possible. If the Photographer fails to do so he/she will be subject to being removed from the program.

5. Preferred Photographers are expected to promote the publications on their website, Facebook, and Instagram pages using the publication’s tear sheets provided to them and including the MagCloud link to the publication.

6. The Editor In Chief will email out to the models the Model Publication Release Form, and the Publications Q&A, if the Model does not respond within the appropriate time, the Photographer will be contacted to follow up with the models to ensure the needed documentation is received at the home office in time.

7. Photographer will take a picture of the Model’s ID (Driver’s License or Passport) and will send the ID image along with the images submitted for publication.

8. Professionalism is of great importance to Live Your Dream Model Productions, LLC. If any models complain about unprofessional behavior on the part of any of our Preferred Photographers and/or any of their team, the Photographer will be removed from the program immediately.

9. Preferred Photographers are not employees of Live Your Dream Model Productions, LLC publications. They act on their own behalf to promote their work in the Live Your Dream Model Productions, LLC publications.

10. Photographers will defend, indemnify and hold the Company and its owners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, suppliers, consultants, contractors, and agents harmless from and against any and all actual or threatened claims, suits, actions, or proceedings, including all related damages, payments, deficiencies, fines, judgments, settlements, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Claims") arising out of or relating to (a) my breach of this agreement or any representation or warranty made by me herein; (b) my negligence or willful misconduct; (c) the Content (including, without limitation, Claims alleging that the Content violates or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party) ; and/or (d) any violation of any law by me.

11. Governing Law - Venue: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida, U.S.A. for the resolution of any disputes or conflicts arising out of or related to this agreement.
